Different flavors from our land
We are non-conformist, resilient and innovative by nature.
At Flavors, you will find some of the best flavors of Portuguese cuisine, we recreate, reinvent and take the traditions of Portuguese cuisine further.
The welcome, attention to detail and genuine care for those who sit at the table is our biggest concern – it's like being at the table in your own home.
The highest quality products from our country are a source of pride and presence on our menu
Flavors showcases the long history of Portuguese cuisine, which begins in Portugal and goes from Japan to Goa and Thailand.
We created Flavors - different flavors from our land, in 2015 because we have a deep taste for food, and for gastronomic innovation, we try to use local and different products, we try to give new images to our dishes. Our desire is to work with fresh, healthy, united and authentic foods, to make new and different dishes with traditional flavors.
We only use real, quality ingredients at Flavors, Japanese scallops, organic tomatoes, sustainably caught salmon, and meat from free-range animals of national breeds. We are committed to making every dish a healthy expression of our love for food and life.

Flavors was born in 2015 in a small café in the center of the village of Quinta do Anjo. Over the last few years we have had the privilege of being at Espaço Fortuna Artes e Ofícios, a unique and captivating space, our small café has transformed into a renowned and somewhat successful restaurant, with a wonderful room and a rustic and cosmopolitan appearance, soon an outdoor terrace, space for families, parties and more intimate situations.
We have always produced jams and chutneys as it all started with a wonderful mango chutny.

All the ingredients we use at Flavors are local, from the striped apples we use for our jams to the Azeitão cheese we use in the restaurant's dishes. We use products in our restaurant kitchen in the same way we use them at home for our family in our kitchen and at home, we have daily deliveries of ingredients so they are extremely fresh that we select and choose at the market in the morning.

We are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries and soon craft beers and that's how the production of jams and chutneys began
