All the ingredients we use at Flavors are local, from the striped apples we use for our jams to the Azeitão cheese we use in our restaurant dishes. We use products in our restaurant kitchen in the same way we use them at home for our family in our kitchen and at home, we have daily deliveries of ingredients so they are extremely fresh that we select and choose at the market in the morning.

We are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries and soon craft beers and that's how the production of jams and chutneys began
